Customer information, services, bandwidth usage*, billing and more are easily viewed and managed.

Customer Installation Management

Installers enter their install schedule into the WISP Billing System and then the Sales People schedule appointments based on the information entered by the installers.

Service Call Scheduling

Service Calls are easily set up. Simply choose a time on the install schedule and that time is set aside for one of your installers to make a service call.
CRM
Notes are quickly added to a customer. Not only can you add custom notes about each customer but all actions and changes made to a customer's account are logged. This log includes the time, date and who made the change. Giving you a complete history of all actions that happen to a customer.

 

Equipment Management Features

Searchable Equipment Information Database (Customer Equipment and Infrastructure)
After a customer is added to the database, equipment can be added under that customer. Information like MAC address, IP address, and more, are stored.

Private and Public Subnet Management* Subnets and IP address pools are configured. Out of these pools IP addresses for equipment are assigned. If the network address is changed on an address pool all addresses in that pool are changed automatically. This helps manage and maintain a growing network with ease.

Private and Public DHCP* When an IP address is assigned to a piece of equipment it's then entered and configured for DHCP. Email Paging when Infrastructure/Equipment goes down*

Each equipment item can be configured so that when it goes down an email notification is sent to a group of people. It also sends an email when the equipment has come back up.

 

Bandwidth Features

Bandwidth Usage Graphs for Equipment*
A colored graph is created for each equipment item. This graph shows the customer's history of bandwidth usage, both upload and download.

Automatic Bandwidth Choking*
Rules for abusive customers can be set. If a customer is using too much bandwidth and/or other customers need access, the abusive customer is slowed down automatically by the WISP Billing System based on the choking rules set up by you. This helps improve the overall speed of the network.

Bandwidth Usage Reports*
A real time report of total bandwidth used by each customer is created. This can be accessed at any time.

Custom Firewall*
Each equipment item can have a unique firewall. Or you can create a template firewall that the equipment uses.

Web Redirecting*

Example Setup:

There are two types of BMU's (Bandwidth Management Units).  First the Embedded Hardware Version, second the Server Version.  Each has a set of strengths.  The Embedded Version is only 3/4" tall 6" wide and 4" deep.  It runs on 5VDC.  This means you can put it any where you need, even outside on a pole.  Just put it in an outdoor enclosure.  The Embedded Version can handle over 200 customers.

The Server Version runs on the Linux hardware of your choice.  The Server Version has more horse power then the Embedded Version.  You'll be able to handle over 4000 customers on a the Server Version. Most Wireless ISP start out with the Embedded Version and then get the Server Version when they require more horse power.
